The Tucson Finale

The Tucson Finale

It’s taken some time to get things in order from the Tucson show, and we’re still working on many of the details, but we wanted to give you a taste of some of the new items we will be carrying that compliment WireKnitZ®.  For the glamour gal or guy as well as the rustic fashionista, we’ll have you covered.  So please pardon our delay in sharing what’s new and know that we’ll be in touch as soon as things are up on the website…so please stay tuned!

Elaine has been the official jewelry designer for The Miss Universe Puerto Rico candidates for the past few years and many of her pieces have been worn by Hollywood celebrities such as Ashlan Gorse (E! News Host), Lindsey Haun (True Blood), Natasha Alam (True Blood), Fagun Thakrar, LaLa Vazquez, Fergie, Paz Vega and JoJo, to name a few.  Elaine also accepts commissions, so if you or someone you know is in the market for a one-of-a-kind Elaine Moreira design, don’t hesitate to contact her at elainevintage@me.com

Arbel Shemesh, Advertising Coordinator and Designer at FireArbel Shemesh mask Mountain Gems and Beads, was so very kind to send several of her bejeweled polymer clay and WireKnitZ® masks and jewelry.  Naturally, when I saw the masks I had to wear one and there it stayed for the entire first day of the show!  I fluttered about and felt Tinkerbell-like throughout the day…it must have been the magical powers of Arbel’s mask.

Danielle wearing Arbel's Mask

Danielle stopped by the second day of the show and fell in love with this mask…however she agreed to leave it with us until the end of the show so others could experience the fantasy of Arbel’s masks.  Thank you for sharing Danielle 😉

Arbel’s masks were featured at the 2012 Oregon Country Fair and new designs will most likely return this summer.  See more about the fair HERE

It was wonderful getting back to Tucson to catch up with our old friends and meet new ones!  Here are some of the pix that were taken.  Of  course, there were many missed Kodak moments too…there’s always next year!
