Elaine Moreira is a jewelry and accessory designer from Puerto Rico. She has been the official jewelry designer for The Miss Universe Puerto Rico candidates for the past few years and featured in the most fashionable magazines and local newspapers across the island including "Caras, Puerto Rico" and "El Nuevo Dia".

Recently her designs have made it all the way to Hollywood and pieces have been worn by celebrities such as Ashlan Gorse (E! News Host), Lindsey Haun (True Blood), Natasha Alam (True Blood), Fagun Thakrar, LaLa Vazquez, Fergie, Paz Vega and JoJo to name a few.
