The organically manipulated corrugated wire embellishments create this edgy industrial chic Urban Funk Necklace.  Students will learn how to achieve various finishes on the corrugated wire as well as manipulation techniques unique to designing with WireKnitZ®.

Skill Level: Dexterity is necessary & wire wrapping experience is helpful.

Instructor: Helena Hatten

Helena has been making jewelry for over 30 years and teaches wire working jewelry skills at several bead stores in the Metro Detroit area.  Currently, Helena is a board member of the Great Lakes Beadworkers Guild and Chairman of the Bead Bonanza committee.

A detailed written tutorial with color photographs is included demonstrating each phase of the design.  Scissors, corrugating tools and rolling dowel are provided.

 Please be certain to bring the following tools:

Safety Glasses

Wire Cutters

Round Nose Pliers

Chain Nose Pliers

Measuring Tape – min. 6 ft.
