Order & Payment Methods: Order online through our secure shopping cart system or call us directly. We accept PayPal, and Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express through PayPal, or you can call our office to process your credit card. All orders must be funded prior to shipping.
We reserve the right to verify your order.
Special Orders: Special quantity or packaging orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due prior to shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders.
Order Comments: There is a Comment section provided on the check out page of the website. Please feel free to add any special instructions that may apply to your order.
Domestic Shipping: USPS Priority Mail is our preferred method of shipping, however, if you prefer to use another service, please email us or call our office. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you choose not to insure your order, we are not liable once your order leaves our facility. In the event damage occurs, please save all packaging materials and contact the carrier for further instruction, and WireKnitZ®. We try to ship within three (3) business days of receiving your order Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. For rush orders, please indicate this in the comments section and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. At WireKnitZ®, we encourage reuse and recycling packaging materials and boxes so please do not be surprised if you see various clean materials other than the norm in your parcel. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Royal Oak, MI.
International Shipping: We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International. USPS Express Mail International is our recommended method of International shipping. Door to door delivery time is estimated at approximately 3-5 business days.
USPS Express Mail International offers the following coverage for packages:
- 3 to 5 average business day delivery to major destinations.
- Tracking available.
- Priority Mail Express International provides, at no charge, $200 in insurance for items containing merchandise, or $100 in document reconstruction insurance for items containing only documents.
- Additional merchandise insurance is available for a fee. Limits vary by country destination. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please email us at email@example.com.
- Money-back guarantee is available to:
- France (does not include Corsica and Monaco)
- Great Britain and Northern Ireland
- Hong Kong
- Republic of Korea (South Korea)
- Spain (does not include the Canary Islands)
- Priority Mail Express International is available to over 190 countries.
USPS Priority Mail International is also available and is the most economical method, however, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Small Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail International is not insured or traceable. The estimated delivery time for all USPS Priority Mail is 6-10 business days.
USPS Priority Mail International offers the following coverage for packages other than Small Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail International:
- 6 to 10 average business day delivery to major destinations
- Tracking to major destinations.
- Limited indemnity coverage provided at no extra charge.
- Additional merchandise insurance is available for a fee to certain countries. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Domestic Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Boxes can be used for international shipping:
- 20 pound maximum.
Return Policy: If you are not delighted with your goodies, please contact us for return authorization within 10 days of receipt at 888.544.1911, or 248.544.1911. We do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders. We will gladly exchange merchandise for merchandise or full refund within 10 days of receipt of your package, minus the cost of shipping. A 15% restocking fee may be charged. If we made an error, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. After 10 days we will issue a store credit in lieu of a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days for any reason.
Return Instructions – All returns must be preauthorized, or the return will be refused. Please indicate Return Authorization Code on the outside of the box and on a copy of the enclosed invoice. Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping.

We take care to ship your order in a safe manner and hope you will ship returns with the same care so that we can give you full credit for any returned merchandise. Product packages must arrive unopened, in good saleable condition, packed in a rigid box and insured for the invoiced value. We cannot accept merchandise that has been used. It would not be fair to resell used items to our customers. We do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders. All returns must be preauthorized or they will not be accepted.
6.0% Sales Tax will be applied to all Michigan Orders.
All sales are subject to the jurisdiction of Michigan, County of Oakland.
Out Of Stock Items: We will make every effort to maintain our inventory, however, in the event an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly and offer an alternative with our best estimated time of arrival. You can give us instructions to hold your order if we cannot ship complete.
